I can't answer all of your Qs at the moment but I have a really easy suggestion...take an epsoms salts(magnesium chloride) bath. That will loosen you up. Drink water or a nice tea while bathing as the salt component can be dehydrating:)

It works for me every time:)

oh, also do a search on "Guy Abrahams, MD", search within results "calcium"...
