I haven't read the article besides the first couple of paragraphs--i got so excited I just had to reply right away, but that might explain some things.....
I am tight tight tight and inflexible
even as a little kid I was so tight that when I would kneel down my butt was about 4-5 inches above my heels

I have been assuming that this was a Mercury problem because mercury screws up mineral transport.
I have chelated a bunch and the problem persists....
I have been very interested in the flouride thing just the past couple of weeks
