After all, it is a shock initially to the system.

I want to try this for Depression & just the general health benefits after reading over a 100 rave reviews on Earth Clinic (and now !! here is a forum for it on CZ!).

I guess I could increase my otc adrenal if there is a too much stress, but actually nothing on the web said anything about adrenal problems & cold shower therapy, ditto re hypothyroidism which I also suffer from.

Any opinions or tips? Thanks if so!
