I would actually start a new thread for each one of your questions...LOL. I know what you mean, I've done far more things than I would admit to......

For and itch, one very simple thing is bathing. A bath can do wonders for your body.

The king of baths is Epsom Salts , Sea Salt and Hydrogen Peroxide. To that you can add an essential oil to help with the killing of the fungus. I like Lavender the best. You can look up essential oils, it's pretty interesting.

You still need to deal with that internally to, but this is a way you can attack it from without....
