Thanks for the help. I took 150 mg between yesterday afternoon and last night and felt a little better but then woke up this morning just the same. Also, unfortunately, I am feeling a lot of detox symptoms hip and knee pain especially. I realize that it will probably take more than one day so I will just keep at it and salt flush as well. At least I know that taking the megadose of Iodine is not going to seriously hurt me-that is what I was afraid of.
