i don't know what's the upper limit for bentonite, but i had plenty of it while chelating/liver flushing. There were some days where i'd go thru an entire 16 oz. bottle of yerba prima bentonite, mixed with water. Other days, maybe just half a bottle. My purpose in having Bentonite was to protect myself from the toxic symptoms of metal removal.

Even though psyllium fiber is great for removing candida and all that, i think it might become a hindrance to having bowel movements in a quick and timely fashion while chelating.

Someone else said that too much clay causes constipation, but i didn't get constipated while having lots of Bentonite moving thru me during my 3 months of metal chelation. Also, i did plenty of clay enemas during that time.

I thought i remember reading in some online Cutler text that psyllium should be avoided while chelating?
