with a 95% chance you are deficient and a 100% chance(so far) that its not going to hurt you much less kill you and also a 100% chance you will be better off taking it than not, i recommend saving the money and just starting. however...

we of the VWT do differ in opinions. V has certainly and consistently told folks to not only get a loading test but also to do some cleansing before starting. i wholeheartedly agree with that latter point that it does make things easier.

everyone agrees that the education must come first. most answerable questions have been answered numerous times here.
