My first couple of flushes realy knocked me on my butt. I just spent a day lying around and watch movies. Th one thing I have learned is that fasting is VERY important! You will be just fine, in fact you will begin to feel more energetic and clear minded. Also, one thing I do after my flush is a coffee enema. Good luck. You will do fine
