It is a never ending cycle, and one of the highest forms of cruelty there is.  Where I live it is common to see dogs dropped off, left to starve or be run over by a vehicle.  We just took two precious dropped off puppies into our home, who we have appropriately named Rascal and Buddy.  You will be blessed by rescuing these bunnies and bringing them to a place where they will be cared for and protected.
