Did you realize what you said? It sounds like you already have your answer. "I kinda feel like I'm already feeling like crap so why not push through it..."

I still can't believe I'm saying it, because it took me three years to get my husband to take Iodine internally, but he got SO SICK with a lung infection and head congestion he was "willing to do anything [I] suggested".

HE says, "Push through it!"

(He pushed through his own lung infection by taking a full gram of SSKI (saturated solution of potassium iodiDe four times a day for over a week - however - that's straight SSKI , he took much less iodiNe during that time. He knows you're taking a different form of combined Iodine than he did, so he says go with the higher dose of what you know is safe with YOUR product.

SSKI is the best lung stuff, (in my opinion), by observing my own husband. However, he has some serious issues: he was born with asthma; his mother told me he almost died at the age of 6 weeks. Then he took up smoking* at the age of 17. He did quit smoking in 1996 - three years before our daughter was born - and he is still detoxing phlegm from those 23 detrimental years - but the detox isn't as bad now since his infection has cleared! (*Commercial cigarettes, not the natural ones.)

He now takes 5 drops of 2% magnascent Iodine in the morning (which may change to another form*), and 5 drops of sski (with the companion nutrients) at bedtime - every single day.

I still can't believe I'm reporting this. It took three years for me to convince him.

*I need more time and experience with this upcoming report. Only 5 days have gone by, but noticeable improvements have been noticed.
