I'm also battling candida and doing liver flushing. I started in Oct. and have done 8 so far. Depending on how your current health is will probably dictate how the flushes will hit you. The first few I did knocked me down pretty good for a few days but they are getting easier now.

I defintely think they are beneficial in the candida battle, the liver gets so overloaded with toxins and the flushes help get rid of them as well as stones. I feel if you get your liver clean it will help your body deal with the candida issue.

Do a lot of reading and studying before you begin.
