I have another respiratory infection with achiness and coughing up yellow phelgm etc. I'm sure it's detox as I had it when first starting Iodine my question is continue Iodine at the 50-100 mg I was taking or stop for awhile? I have been off for a day and a half and usually I have a gut feeling about what to do but not sure about this one. I kinda feel like I'm already feeling like crap so why not push through it but I'm scared of getting pneumonia or something if I don't already have it. Any ideas are helpful
