Here's the thing. You are on a BIG, HUGE, public forum. You simply cannot stop personalities from clashing with a place this big. People feel really passionate about what they are posting, some can't write well and people take what they say in the wrong context and others are overly sensitive to the slightest nuance of what they perceive as an insult. Their perception may or may not be correct.

You have to have places for people to go to air their grievances, a virtual fist fight, so that they can go back and go about the business of supporting each other. These things come and go.

If no one is answering your posts, perhaps no one knows how to help you, or you are posting in the wrong forum. Or maybe you are not descriptive enough...I don't know, but usually these things can be rectified.

There are other highly moderated health sites you can go to if this isn't your cup of tea, but there is no way those other sites are as dynamic and fast paced as this one.
