I am very healthy and started clesning my liver because I thought, hey, it can't hurt!
The first few times I didn't get too much, just chaff and grains of sand. This was the same for about 5 flushes, 6 months or so apart.
I just finished The Master Cleanse and this time when I flushed, I got lots of stones! I'm going to do the Liver-Flush every 2 weeks for the next 2 months and see what all comes out.
I guess what I'm trying to say is, it will help you, even if you are 'healthy'. If you have some health problems, then it's going to help you even more. Just educate yourself and be sure to Colon Cleanse and parasite cleanse first.
