I've been battling what I believe to be candida for some time now, and am thinking of trying a liver flush. However, I'd like to know what some of the signs of a toxic liver are before I begin. How do I know whether cleansing the liver would even help me? Also, because I am currently taking supplements to counteract candida (Three-Lac, oxygen drops, etc.), would flushing the liver be too hard on my body right now? I'm just very new to all of this and would like some more information on cleansing. Please let me know what I should do. Thanks!
