What a fantastic and funny post!

But I have a question: I have been oil pulling for a few weeks now, and it seems like my teeth are maybe getting worse??? (Now, I am not sure of this, I think it may also be possible that I am just examining them more and noticing things that I didn't before...).

What I am seeing is a brownish stain on most of my teeth, worse towards the back of the mouth. I stopped using sesame oil and switched to coconut oil, just in case the yellow color of the sesame was contributing, but I haven't seen a difference since changing to coconut.

I also seem to have sensitivity at the base of a number of teeth, although I am sure this started before OP, since this is one reason I started! I should probably get a cleaning (to help with the discoloration), but I am terrified of the pain, since just touching these areas hurts a lot!

After OP, I have been brushing with a tiny bit of natural Dr Bronners peppermint liquid soap, along with some tea tree oil.

Any thoughts from what I am doing wrong, or what else might help!
