Yeah, I would imagine it is waaaaay easier than straining it all through a bag lol!  Glad you like it, I'm sure its gonna save you lots of time too.

As for it being so concentrated, Uny says that she adds about an inch of water to each of the pint jars that way it dilutes some of the stronger juices.  That might work for you if you feel they're too strong.  I add water to the carrot juice to dilute it some and I like it much better that way.

My favorite combo is carrot and pineapple, yumo!  ;))
