The HCL that I'm using is the following.

After each high protein meal, I take:
1 "Quantum Betaine HCL" capsule from "Premier Research Labs"
1 "Quantum HCL Activator" capsule from "Premier Research Labs"


According to quantum (reflex) testing, it's helping me. I've noticed I don't get any indigestion at all when using them, so imo, it's working. However, I can't say I feel any different, so I'll just have to trust my body and digestion are working more efficiently.
