Hi aperfectcircle - I have some recommendations for you. Since this is a private forum, some of them may get edited out by the forum moderator. If that happens, I'll send them to you in a private message.

Most (all?) of the symptoms you've listed are signs of toxicity. I think you can get rid of most (all?) of them by doing some serious detoxification. What is your diet like? Eating a health, high-fiber diet is always the first step in a detox program. If you don't eat one you would be wise to transition to one. Next, I recommend doing some colon cleansing. To learn more more about these and other types of detox you can do, read "The Detox Book" by Bruce Fife, ND. I have two websites you should check out. I'll send them to you in a private message.
