Hello - I am coming here as a place to vent out, maybe get some help, tips, recommendations, direction, etc.

Just going to name my symptoms, and maybe someone can chime in their expertise.

Little history: I am a 30 year old male. I was on Antibiotics at a young age for bronchitis. Teenage years was on several anti-biotics for acne. Became allergic to wheat at age 18 (was not aware of it until 25)

Symptoms: Toe nail fungus on 2 nails of each foot. I have a yeast infection/jock itch that comes and goes. It is on both sides of upper leg. I fight it off with some prescribed cream. It eventually comes back. Anything sugary makes it flare up pretty much that night, or the next day. Nails worsen as well. I feel heavy all the time, which makes work, and exercise very difficult to do keep up with.
Eye floaters. I don't mean just one or two that are common. I have several in each eye. Vision has been checked out fine. Still have Acne on my back. Been there since age 16. It's not horrible, but it has always been there. Laryngeal reflux. It has come into place in the last few years. It triggers a weaker voice, post nasal drip, and the heavier feeling in my muscles.

Things that I have done that have changed my symptoms: Took Prilosec OTC for a month. In the first few days, the nasal drip, slimy throat, weak voice, heavy muscle feeling went away. After my body figured out what was going on it later returned.

GREENS - Took a Greens supplement from I think Green Vibrance. My itching went down, seemed like my nails were less infected looking. However while most days were better, there were days where again just felt like crap.

I personally feel like something in my body is causing chaos on my digestion, and other organs. Could be wrong.

Just want to beat this. Tired of it whipping up on me! Can you help me???!!??
