it is a very interesting thought, and I have been struggling with similar issues for awhile. Lately I have been wondering about a related issues. We are here physically, at least in part, to work through various issues, maybe from past lives, but maybe also to raise up our level of consciousness. For this reason, simply praying that "god" take away some disease seems to interfere with the overall plan of learning or working to overcome issues. my experience over the past year has been that as I work through issues (for example, breaking away from organized religion programing), information comes to me from various sources, including this forum, which allows me to make further progress... giving the real feeling that I have earned something.

if so, I think it makes good sense to think carefully about what it is that might be learned from illness, or any situation we face for that matter.

I think I told you that we had a few sessions with a dowser recently, including one for my son this week. have not tested the results yet, but it was a fairly intresting experience, not that different than using intent through an orgone device. In the end, I think "sucess" will depend on whether it is my and my son's higher interest to move on from the issues we are dealing with. or so I think today anyway.
