I can relate to the cold extremities, anxiety and difficulty drawing a good breath. I have tested positive for Adrenal Insufficiency with an ACTH test. I also took the ASI which tested positive for Adrenal Fatigue. The unusual thing is that I still have high DHEA. I would recommend getting an ASI before you start DHEA.
