Yeah, I had tried drinking the Epsom Salts in water once before when I was having an attack, and it also offered no relief. So I thought why put myself through the terrible taste on top of an attack, if it might not help the pain anyway?

I do have the olive oil, but my grapefruit juice is not fresh. I may try it anyway. I'll see how I feel about drinking it in an hour or so. No one to help me, but I've been through some painful attacks before, and I can get through this one too.

I don't think my gallbladder is beyond hope yet! But my flushes have not produced any results yet, either. Don't know what that means, but I intend to try this at least six times before I consider anything else.

Maybe I'll try that bath now. Thanks for your reply.
