You have to go to the Dentist.. There is nothing to be afraid of. I have my teeth cleaned at the dentist every three-four months. If you are that scared ask them for Nitrous Oxide. They will give it to you. If you do not go to the dentist then your teeth will fall out and you will be left with Dentures or no teeth!!! Gross! Trust me at thirteen your teeth are a big deal! Don't wait! You need your teeth, trust me the grosses thing to me is to see yellow teeth or brown stains in between teeth I hate that. Your teeth make you beautiful! They are what is most important. If you don't start to take care of them now you won't have them later in life and forget trying to find a husband or wife with gross teeth or dentures..EEEW!
