Could you tell me how exactly you do your flush.

Do you not eat after two, take nothing until the 10pm Olive Oil/Grapefruit mixture, then go to sleep? Upon waking, you take magnesium citrate(Where can I get this, is it in capsule form, and how much to take?) and then that's it? Or do you do anything else or different? Thanks.
