Thanks so much for the help, folks!

I am using a very high end cold pressed organic olive oil, so yeah, the flavour is very strong.

The ratio: usually 1/2 c oil to 3/4 c fresh grapefuit juice. Next time i will try another oil - probably flax seed (i enjoy it's flavor) and maybe a little less.
