Oral surgery does not help to grow gum tissue. To the contrary, it cuts away what they perceive as damaged tissue and it never grows back. You are left with bigger gaping holes between teeth, etc. I have found much relief with oil pulling and better diet. HV will give you some general guidelines. Also try going to the oil pulling forum.
