Thanks Uny that cleared a lot of stuff up for me.great info !.and I will print it off and save the shortcut on my puter..

as for burping I have done that consistently since I had my first daughter ..LOL ..

tiredness is something I have felt off and on .it comes in waves but last night it was overwhelming so I just went on to bed and slept really well

well I think I have ruined the chance of flushing tonight cause I already drank the morning mini-flush drink
but I think I messed that up cause I only been using 1tblsp of olive oil all week so far where as I think I was posed to be increasing it by 1 tblsp ..UGH! I need to read up on that again
I have not got the liver tincture and doubt I could even take it right now but I do have the tea and I forgot about it .thanks for bringing that up..

I did attempt some superfood but its still not happening right now ..tried 1/4 tsp in some water and started having reactions after only one sip !

I really do hope the IF#2 comes in today cause I feel better knowing something is in my system to poop out! haha

I do get cold spells to where I cant get warm but I do that without juice fasting and suspect it is the thyroid along with the other sx's that I am having ..but thats another issue that will have to be addressed later I guess.

Bloating? I only get that way when I eat carbs or something that doesnt agree with me...and I know its the liver/digestion thing going on with me..lOL

my anxiety in general has really been low since I havent been eating ..

I can feel the castor oil packs working on me for sure and I can tell the coffee enemas help me too ..they just make me feel better

yep on the liver flukes...no doubt I am full of em for sure.

all in all I am doing ok on this cleanse ..just have my bad moments like everyone else :)
