I personally don't recommend doing the Liver Flush without the Epsom Salts . I've seen people post here that they had a lot of discomfort when the stones passed due to the bile ducts not being opened.

Have you thought of trying Hulda Clark 's recipe here? For my second flush, I mixed the Epsom Salts with fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice, and they went down much easier.
