Since both ACV & BSM have an "indefinite" shelf life, I think we can safely assume that mixed together they'd still have an indefinite shelf life.

I've had mine on the counter for well over a year (and I just add to it when the jar gets low).

It's hasn't killed me yet :::grin:::
