Hello - new in this forum :)

i've been doing Hulda Clark 's Liver Flush about 3x a year for the last 3 years now. Everytime i do it, i becaome more nauseated drinking the olive oil. It's to the point now where just knowing that i plan to do one makes me nauseated the whole day before & day of. I fought puking the whole nigth after the oil & didn't sleep at all.
Has anyone else decreased in oil acceptance this way? Any tricks on how to avoid it?
