If indeed it were die-off you would be too drastic, if it is allergy you should plain avoid it... but either way remember that there are very few pain sensors in the intestines so when you FINALLY feel pain in there it is a pain you should take seriously - using marshmallow root tea to reduce the inflammation and avoiding whatever you believe might be the cause.
