Sorry to hear you had a little setback. I hope it will pass and you'll be back to normal. I have good and bad days at 7 months post. Seems like some things have gotten worse my joints ache, muscles sore, left leg still feels really tight(that was the one that would go numb and tingle when Mirena was in), heart races, weird flutters in my chest, bad reflux, and so on. Please let us know how you are after the baby is born. Wishing you good health.
