Thank you GRZ! I will fix that.

I'd like the focus on the weight issue to remain addressed to the ladies, however. Only because, at least in MY experience, statistically anyways, women tend to fall into the trap of the vanity/weightloss field a bit more than men.

I do realize that the numbers are growing in both genders, however, and hopefully the men who need the help will learn from it as well.

I would like others to know that since my post was recommended for the newsletter, I will state in THIS POST that I will edit it with this info.
