that was a brilliant post... however, it is more than just Iodine as you are well aware - though I will concede Iodine being a "key" player.

A pound of fat weighs the same as a pound of muscle... one does not weigh more than the other. The difference is in the density of the mass, muscle being more dense.

We need to communicate it that way.

...it is not just women that are lied too; it is both genders.

These types of personal observations and sharing are what breaks us away (free) from the misunderstandings/lies of our age.

The weight-loss business, along with the fitness industry are huge and very lucrative ones.

Now what would happen to our way of life if the word got out?
