If you took Epsom Salt and the pain subsided it probably means you are really having a gb attack.

Do flush right away. Not only your pain is likely to vanish but also results out of this flush should be great!

Make sure you take enough olive oil. I weigh 162 pounds and I take 150 ml of oil plus 300 ml grapefruit juice.

If you are heavier than me make sure to take more oil.
