You can NEVER eat enough produce to get the nutrition you can from juicing. Just ***think*** how much produce it takes to make enough juice for one day - even with the lesser quality juicer that's a ton more nutrition (in an easy to assimilate form) that you could *ever* get from eating it.

You made good strides during your last juice-fast with the juicer you have. Keep on juicing! :)
