Hi folks!

I'm on flush No 11. Flush No 10 was the last weekend of november. Then I did a colonics one day after the flush, what resulted in real problems with my electrolytes. Besides I had an extremely stressing job (still have it, thanks God!) and started eating more fatty things and even something sweet in between every now and then. Last but not least I had the "erythema migrans", the first stage of borreliosis, diagnosed the first week in december and got Antibiotics to get rid of the borrelia. So you see, plenty to do for the liver and a lot to do for the body! So I postponed the next flush and do it only now, more than 2 months after the last flush! Perhaps with my present lifestyle, even some new stones may have formed, I thougt.

I followed Hulda Clark s recipe. This morning I had an incredible amount of small "stones" coming out. Most of them the size of small crumbs, about ten pea-sized. I let it dry an hour and the put it in the small container for deep-freezing. And I weighed it: 24 grams of content! 24 grams of "stones" that have come out by now! That is 0.85 ounces! It is 10.30 by now. More stones will be coming although I think, the motherload has passed. If they are new stones or old ones - that I don't know. But better out than in!
