I got through my first flush ok but did not release many stones, and had a little pain in my kidney area (I think), but I darent skip the Epsom Salts because I'm scared of the pain of getting a stone stuck.
I have been taking gold coin grass, coptis and curcuma (for a week) as well as taking malic acid and ACV for the last five days.
I hope I have a good flush as my chest feels like there's golf balls and liquid in there?

I plan to do The Clark Flush but may try Julia Changs version depending on the results.

I'm trying to get rid of my arm and shoulder pain (left shoulder) which I have had for about six months and the pains I get in my chest after eating foods with fat in them (usually happens in the evening) Oh and hope to lower my cholesterol.

Has anyone got any last minute tips?
