yeppers ..me too ..I now only take mine when I take the IF#2

I dont care nothing bout having those kinda pains at all ..it can sure double you over too..

but yeah gals..sounds like a plan gonna have to order some more IF#2 though as I think mine is bad ..I cant take it like it is ..me thinks its too old so better be safe than sorry .
