Just got official results from my blood tests. All was good EXCEPT... My cholesterol was 307, and LDL was 221. Holy cow!!!

"The doctor wanted to point out to you that you have severely high cholesterol..." They recommended Crestor, and I said I wanted to pursue a natural treatment. She said "okay" in a very cheerful voice.

So what's the word on natural treatment for cholesterol? Did a quick forum search and [ahem] couldn't find anything. (admittedly rushed search tho)
