hey I am on board with ya but I would rather start monday myself ...that way I will feel that I am starting the week off right .

In a way I really wanna do it to see if it might help with my neck healing a little faster just as an experiment lets say .


were you gonna start today? if so thats great but I am not gonna do it till monday myself and like you I cant say how long I will do it but I am shooting for one day at a time and hoping for a lot more.. hey 5days is better than nothing right?
