HELP!
I've been a vegan for three years now and just a few months ago went back to being 100% raw. (I dabbled in the past)

I eat TONS of greens, fruits, veggies... i make smoothies, veggie juices etc... i take extra vit c and d and a B multi... I'm crazy healthy... so why NOW have my gums started receding?

And is there anything that I can do? My dentist has referred me to a surgeon!

It's odd thou how it's just one tooth at the very back. all my other teeth and gums are perfect.

Oh and i also quit using floride toothpaste about three years ago as well... except for the odd time when i was using someone else's...
