Besides a series of enemas afterwards, Emer'gen-C really helps me with recovery and the wiped out feeling, no energy. I wouldn't liverflush without it.

ShellyCat expert said something about that it replaces potassium and electrolites that are lost by liver flushing. Tastes good too.

I can't wait to try the cold pressed Pumpkin oil!
