Up till now i've been taking powdered cayenne. Today I started taking 'shots' of Uny's cayenne tincture #1 (the mildest, i think). Wow, I'm really liking it. I take one or two droppers at a time. Probably 10 droppers today -- no problem. I do think it has been calming me down.
