Trill, just to let you know that Bentonite clay (in a P & B shake) and chlorella has helped with the bo. I don't know if it is good to take Bentonite everyday but it tastes good and seemed to do the trick. Thanks for the suggestion, I haven't used it in a bath, I am afraid of wasting it, but will check back after I do that. Maybe putting it on a washcloth for specific areas would be good.

Another fantastic detox solution is a Bentonite Bath, just put a few teaspoons of bentonite into your bath water. The hot water will open the pores and the bentonite is thought to draw out toxins. Have a hot soak for 10 minutes for your first bath , working up to 20 minutes. You may feel tired after your first few baths so have them in the evening.
