Yes, I slowly became aware of the emotional components of asthma as I suffered with it over the years. It is just a given in my family that I am the scapegoat, so many other physical problems surfaced as well. Being ill has revealed the character of those around me. The cruelty of others is why I wonder why I am alive each day, but I am on a mission of increasing health- cannot be stopped by any ole stupid, boring, glum paradigm - especially one that is not mine!
