This is all good advice, I fixed my body a similar way.

As you can see, I pretty much do what you do, but I think I go a little farther with the Primal Diet, which has helped the most (for me).

I'm not sure what people are looking for, but I don't think drugs and gimicks or special supplements is the answer to UC.

Anyway, congratulations on beating it, it takes hard work, a strong will, and fortitude to walk your own path (and not follow doctor's advice), but it's well worth it.
