I found a message from Shelley, see link. She has her own website
now askshelley.com. She also writes about Ayurveda, I used to read her forum.
People do well with her, it looks like. I always liked her general information and still check it once in a while.
The only thing is that I never used all the supplements she suggested.
You might be able to get directions there to find out what your bodytype is.
