Hi again sevenpoints - I noticed in a recent post that you are ordering an adrenal testing kit. Good for you. You might want to read "Adrenal Fatigue" by James Wilson, and check out his website http://www.adrenalfatigue.org.
I can give you advice on healing from AF when you get the results from your test.

People who have AF usually develop copper overload as well. I think you mentioned in your original post that you might have it. Anyway, two of the websites I listed in my earlier post have good articles on it, and how it relates to AF. "Why Am I Always So Tired?" by Ann Louise Gittleman is a good book on the topic.
